A harm reduction program called the Managed Alcohol Program (MAP) was implemented in 2012 by the Kwae Kii Win Centre in Thunder Bay Ontario. The KU, a community health centre specializing in the provision of primary care to vulnerable populations, is a key partner with an interest in performing a retrospective evaluation of the MAP.
