The research will initially be used to promote knowledge of dementia among candidates of all parties in the lead up to the 2022 provincial election, and is expected to also be used by health system partners at local Ontario Health Team (OHT) tables. It will inform development of a discussion paper on a second Ontario Dementia Strategy, to be led by (but developed independently from) the Alzheimer Society of Ontario (ASO).
