  • Connaught Global Challenge Award

    2018: Dr. Laura Rosella awarded $250,000 to launch a global network to advance innovative research and training in predictive analytics. Read more.

  • Top 40 under 40

    2018: Dr. Laura Rosella named one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40. The annual list recognizes the achievements of 40 Canadians who have demonstrated remarkable success while under 40 years of age.

  • CIHR Canada Research Chair

    2018: Awarded to Dr. Murray Krahn in health technology assessment.

  • Deborah J. Cook Mentorship Award

    2018: Presented to Dr. Louise Rose by the Canadian Critical Care Trials Group. The annual award recognizes the importance of mentors in developing Canada’s next generation of critical care researchers. Dr. Rose was recognized for her contribution to the promotion of critical care research among Canadian fellows, graduate and post-graduate students, young investigators, research coordinators and allied healthcare providers.

  • Shirley A. Brown Memorial Chair in Women’s Mental Health Research

    2018: Dr. Simone Vigod appointed for a five year term. The chair is based at Women’s College Hospital (WCH), in collaboration with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) at the University of Toronto.
