Registry of the Canadian Stroke Network: Report on the 2004/05 Ontario Stroke Audit

This report presents data obtained from the Registry of the Canadian Stroke Network for the 2004/05 Ontario Stroke Audit, with comparisons to the 2002/03 Stroke Audit. The audit evaluates the characteristics, management and outcomes of stroke patients in Ontario. Data are compared by Ontario Stroke System region, by institutional designation (regional stroke centre, district stroke centre, nondesignated hospital) and by regional planning authority (Local Health Integration Network).
