Canada’s drug and health technology agency, CADTH, has awarded ICES scientist Dr. Kednapa Thavorn the Dr. Maurice McGregor Award for Rising Stars for her outstanding contributions to health technology assessment in Canada. Dr. Thavorn’s work is at the forefront of advancing the research methods which critically support health technology assessment. She will receive the award at the 2023 CADTH Symposium.
At ICES, Dr. Thavorn’s research focuses on patient safety, health economics and performance measurement.
