ICES board chair Dr. Kevin Smith is among 24 new appointees to the Order of Ontario for 2021. The Order of Ontario is the highest civilian honour for individuals in Ontario. The Order recognizes outstanding leaders from diverse fields whose impact and legacy have played an important role in building a stronger province.
Dr. Smith, CEO of University Health Network, was recognized for his leadership in making a healthier world by transforming lives and communities through excellence in care, discovery and learning.
