ICES’ strategic plan for 2017/18 to 2019/20 is the result of extensive engagement with our internal and external stakeholders. The plan reaffirms the ICES mission, vision and values and sets out our high-level strategic goals for the next three years. In accomplishing these goals, ICES will be guided by six key success factors that our stakeholders told us were important, including research impact, data leadership, strategic partnerships, high value services, public engagement and organizational excellence.
