Share

IDEAS is a made-in-Ontario course in quality improvement and change management methods for Ontario’s healthcare sector. The course is supported by the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, Health Quality Ontario and ICES.

Over the next three years, IDEAS is expected to engage more than 4,000 clinical and administrative healthcare professionals across Ontario. Its accredited introductory and advanced learning programs provide practical learning that participants apply to projects in their own organizations or local health systems and to their everyday practice. The result will be hundreds of cross-sectoral, team-based improvement projects that are aligned with system priorities such as coordination of care for high-needs users, quality-based procedures and Health Links.

IDEAS course instructors include ICES epidemiologists Ruth Croxford and Mike Campitelli.
