Erin Graves is a staff scientist in the Health System Planning and Evaluation Program at ICES Central. She completed her MSc in epidemiology and biostatistics from Western University and a BSc from the University of Waterloo. Having originally worked for the ICES uOttawa site for a year in 2011, she joined ICES Central in 2015 as senior epidemiologist in the Data and Analytic Services department. Her research experience has focused on using large administrative and registry data for health services research, provincial evaluations and perinatal epidemiology.
Her current work with Data & Analytic Services focuses on facilitating research led by external investigators with a wide range of topics, including the cost of low-risk birth by type of care provider, the effectiveness of coordinated care on high cost users, exploring the relationship between physician licensing exam scores and quality of care and reporting on expected health care needs across the province.
