Jan Barnsley, PhD

Dr. Jan Barnsley is an Adjunct Scientist at ICES and an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. She received an MES from York University and a PhD from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill). Dr. Barnsley works with primary care organizations on issues associated with performance improvement and change management and sits on a number of boards and committees related to primary care.
