This project will make use of Ontario ambulatory and emergency department care patterns for Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) and sub-LHINs. The Ambulatory Care Groups (ACG) software will be used to measure population morbidity. This software uses the diagnostic/drug codes found in administrative data to classify individuals into morbidity categories.
