Cynthia Jackevicius, BScPhm, MSc, PharmD, FCSHP, BCPS
Dr. Cynthia Jackevicius is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California, a Clinical Pharmacotherapy Specialist in Cardiology at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System and the University Health Network, and an Assistant Professor with the Department of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Jackevicius completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree at the University of Toronto, a Hospital Pharmacy Residency at Toronto General Hospital, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Toronto, and a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Shenandoah University in Virginia. Dr. Jackevicius is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist with Advanced Qualifications in Cardiology and has been granted fellowship status with the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists.
